ABOUT THE CENTRE

 

ACI International Arbitration & Mediation Centre (ACI-IAMC) is a professional, independent dispute resolution institutional wing established by Advocate Council of India, a non-governmental organization committed to legal reform, access to justice, and promotion of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

The Centre is dedicated to providing efficient, impartial, and cost-effective solutions for the resolution of disputes through arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and hybrid ADR processes, in both domestic and international matters.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

  • Filing of Request for Arbitration / Mediation

  • Appointment of Arbitrator / Mediator from the institutional panel
  • Conduct of proceedings in a time-bound manner
  • Settlement agreement or arbitral award
