Refund Policy
Refund Policy – Advocate Council of India (ACI)
ACI is committed to providing quality educational content and services. However, due to the nature of our offerings, the following refund policy applies:
- Refund Eligibility:
– Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course purchase.
– Courses that have been accessed or completed are not eligible for a refund.
– Refunds are not applicable for donations made to the NGO division or for job portal subscriptions.
- Refund Process:
– Submit your refund request through support@aci.org.
– Include the transaction ID and reason for the refund.
– Refunds are processed within 14 working days after approval.
- Non-Refundable Situations:
– Refunds will not be granted for services used or partially completed.
– Discounts, promotions, and special offers are non-refundable.
– Administrative charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Cancellation by ACI:
– ACI reserves the right to cancel any course or event with prior notice. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
